An idea: which redefined my vision
I was there at Anees Bhai' s grocery shop in MM Hall, while talking on certain issues of khidmate khalq, he said 'mera kya fayeda, mai to paise leta hu har saman k, isse to duniya me mil jata hai, isse akhirat ki kya kamai? '
Once I thought if he had not been here at MM Hall, all the students would have gone to shamshad for a tiny thing to buy. So it is he who gives this services to us for our convenience, even if having a certain amount surplus as service charges, what everyone calls 'Margins/profits/benefits. As everyone does in the whole world except some who is providing services free of cost as to help the society. And everyone thinks they are doing in the name of Akhirat. Although it's not true. Doing business, of course, is a good Bandagi in Islam. Business is always chargeable, profit biased. But No doubt, Non profit act is truely and purely an act of human help and that can be a huge sadqa.
Now I rethink the idea of English teaching at college or school on profit basis. Although many so-called schalars may believe this is not Ilm worthy of Sadqe Jariah. But I believe I am helping humans to explore the world through English Ilm and this is sadqe jariah. If I start teaching nonprofit basis, it would be more pure dedicated to Akhirat. Now I am convinced to substitute my earnings from other sources but giving ilm should be free. And for Akhirat.
Now one day when I'll go to any college or school and will say to them, 'I have graduate, post graduate and doctorate degree in English teaching from repured institution the Aligarh Muslim University, and I have turnover more than your school, so I don't need any money, would you allow me to teach an hour in your college? "
Then I don't think that even a person who can read all the purposes hidden behind, would deny for an hour.
And I would be in a position to dedicate each school's spiritual earnings to each member of my family.
This is redefinition of my vision
